The Scarisbrick has 90 well appointed bedrooms, all recently refurbished, with en-suite facilities, satellite TV and teletext, direct dial telephone, hospitality tray, trouser press, iron and hair dryer.

BARS

The hotel has a choice of several well appointed bars including the Knights Cocktail Bar with its resident pianist, the popular Maloneys bar and Snug and the Barons Bar with its selection of traditional ales. This bar is open late for the pleasure of our resident guests.

The Foghorn Bar offers traditional bar snacks in an informal setting. The popular Maloneys Kitchen offers morning coffee, a wide and varied selection of hot and cold meals, Chef's specialty luncheons and afternoon teas.

RESTAURANTS

The elegant Knightsbridge Restaurant, overlooking Lord Street boulevard, is the perfect setting for both lively dinner parties or an intimate candlelit table for two. The restaurant offers the discerning diner a superb choice of table d'hôte menus, complemented by a fine range of wine.

There is also a 'Dine and Dance' every Saturday evening. Breakfast is also served in the restaurant and offers a choice of either full English or buffet style breakfast

Cloisters dining rooms has been developed as an additional facility to the hotel offering an informal cosy location ideal for any occasion. The restaurant has carefully retrieved and restored stained glass and artefacts from local sites enabling the creation of a restaurant with interest and warmth. This is completed by the service and quality of food served - the main focus on the menu being char grilled food cooked over hot coals. This creates a unique flavour of dishes allowing for healthy style of cooking and food which satisfies all appetites.
