The Five Lamps is a small friendly family run hotel in Waterloo and located approximately
5 miles from the city centre (10 mins. by taxi).

The hotel was built in the Victorian era, as are many of the local houses. We have maintained much of the original features that show in the craftmanship of mouldings unique to that time.

We are local to the main bus routes to both Liverpool and Southport, the railway station is a short walking distance with services to Liverpool and Southport every 15 minutes.
There is also a good local taxi service available to anyone wanting to visit the city centre.

Also within a short walking distance is a wide range of bars, restaurants and take-aways with an extensive variety of menus that include Chinese, Indian, Italian, Greek and Spanish.

We have seven comfortable bedrooms all en-suite with T.V. and tea making facilities. There is also a lounge bar, and a small function and conference room with a secure car park to the rear.
